Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement of ingredients, packaging and related materials.
• Conduct RFQs, supplier evaluation, price negotiation, and cost comparison.
• Manage supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Identify cost-saving and alternative sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor & ensure supply continuity.
• Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal projects.
• Work closely with R&D, QA, Operations, SCM and Finance.
• Manage POs, contracts, and procurement documentation.

·      Any ad-hoc project as required

Requirements

·      Degree/Diploma in relevant fields

·      At least 3 years purchasing experience in hospitality/ F&B industry

·      Must be able to work independently

·      Able to work in a fast-paced environment

·      Good interpersonal and communication skills

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office
