Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and other operational requirements.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, quality and delivery terms.
• Issue and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Work closely with Production, QA, Store, Finance and other departments to ensure materials are available according to production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
• Maintain and update supplier records, pricing, product specifications and purchasing information.
• Evaluate supplier performance in terms of price, quality, delivery and service.
• Follow up on delayed, incorrect or non-conforming deliveries and coordinate resolution with suppliers and relevant departments.
• Conduct market and supplier research to identify alternative sources and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval procedures and food safety requirements.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide updates on purchasing status, cost and supplier performance.
• Support other procurement-related activities and projects as assigned by Management.
