Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially astute and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities and strengthen supplier partnerships within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement cycle through SAP.
• Execute strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier evaluations to ensure cost efficiency and supply continuity.
• Maintain strong vendor networks across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah markets.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE procurement laws, contractual requirements, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with production, stores, and finance for timely material availability and documentation accuracy.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing trends, and delivery timelines.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/industrial sector.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP (PR, PO, GRN, vendor management, reporting).
• In-depth knowledge of UAE markets and sourcing practices.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
