Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including issuing inquiries, preparing price comparisons, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Identify and prequalify suppliers, monitor delivery schedules, and prepare monthly procurement reports to support project requirements in terms of time, cost, and quality.
• Maintain procurement records, input data into the purchasing system, and handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and report preparation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Procurement or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably in civil highway and road construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to build and maintain positive supplier relationships
• Experience in construction or engineering industries is and advantage.
