Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Inventory Manager to manage procurement, inventory control, vendor relationships, and supply chain activities. The role will ensure timely material availability, optimum stock levels, cost-effective purchasing, and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities.

Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.

Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and supplier relationships.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely material availability.

Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery, and costs.

Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.

Maintain procurement records and prepare inventory/procurement reports.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with procurement processes.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Experience with ERP and inventory management systems.

Good knowledge of procurement processes and inventory control.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
