• Company 1: Boon Lay - Construction / Company 2: Woodlands - FMCG distributor
• Well known MNC

Job Scope:

• Purchasing & Procurement – Source and purchase materials, products, and services according to company requirements.
• Supplier Management – Identify, evaluate, and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Quotation & Negotiation – Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate pricing and payment terms.
• Purchase Order Management – Prepare, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Cost Control – Monitor purchasing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Delivery Coordination – Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure goods are delivered on schedule.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain procurement records, supplier information, invoices, and purchasing reports.

Requirements:

• Candidates with Procurement experience from FMCG / Construction industry or ANY related experience are welcome to apply
