CAP ProjectX is a growing Design & Build firm delivering commercial projects across retail, hospitality, F&B and corporate spaces. We're hiring a Procurement Executive to own the buying side of our projects: the right vendors and materials, at the right cost, delivered on time.

What you'll do

• Manage procurement for interior fit-out projects, from BOQ to site delivery
• Study drawings and BOQs to prepare material and work packages
• Brief vendors, collect and validate quotes, negotiate and recommend award
• Prepare Fair Value Quote packs for client approval
• Raise POs and work orders and track them through to delivery
• Coordinate with design, project and site teams on approvals, samples and schedules
• Onboard vendors, maintain the vendor database and review performance quarterly
• Track budget vs. actual spend and report savings
• Share daily procurement reports

What we're looking for

• B.Arch, B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or Master's in Project Management
• 2–3 years of procurement experience in interior fit-outs
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery and services
• Ability to read drawings and BOQs
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP tools
• Fluent in English and Hindi

Preferred: retail, hospitality, F&B or corporate office project experience, or a Design & Build background.
