Procurement Executive

• Maintain site-wise Purchase Requisition (PR) records and track their status
• Prepare and raise Purchase Orders (POs) in BUSY / Microsoft Dynamics.
• Prepare offer comparison sheets in Excel and Coordinate with relevant departments for required approvals and signatures
• Coordinate with Stores/User Departments for GRN and receipt confirmation.
• Verify supplier invoices against PO and GRN and ensure proper 3-Way Matching (PO + GRN + Invoice).
• Maintain complete and organized P2P procurement files in both physical and electronic formats.
• Maintain proper records of invoices submitted to Finance and monitor their status until payment.
• Maintain and regularly update Payment Tracking Sheets for invoices submitted to Finance.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal departments regarding pending deliveries, documentation, GRNs/MRNs, invoice discrepancies and payment-related matters.
• Prepare regular procurement reports, including PR Status, PO Status, Pending Deliveries, Procurement Savings, Outstanding Invoices and Payment Status
• Ensure procurement documentation complies with company policies, approval procedures, internal controls and audit requirements.
• Obtain required End User confirmation/signature before sending documents to Finance

Requirement:

Education: 1 Year of Experience in controlling and generation

Education: B.Com, BBA
