Procurement Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships for our Food & Beverage operations. The successful candidate will ensure the timely procurement of food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, kitchen equipment, and operational supplies at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing activities for food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, kitchen equipment, and other operational supplies
• Source new suppliers and obtain quotations to ensure competitive pricing and product quality
• Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) based on approved purchase requests and business requirements
• Ensure all purchases comply with the company's procurement policies, approval procedures, and budget requirements
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with outlet managers and warehouse personnel to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions
• Evaluate supplier performance based on pricing, quality, reliability, and delivery efficiency
• Monitor market prices and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other relevant documents

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience
• Good negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, and inventory control
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with purchasing, inventory, or accounting systems
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willing to travel to outlets or suppliers when required
