Procurement Executive

• Job Title: Executive-Procurement
• Department: Purchase/Procurement.
• Work Location: Coimbatore
• Experience: 14 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably in the footwear or consumer goods industry, with hands-on experience in the procurement of raw materials and packing materials.
• Employment Type: Full time
• Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Remuneration: Asper industry standards

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Raise purchase orders and forward the same to relevant suppliers
• Maintain proper and updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Process purchase requisitions upon approval and source the best possible products in terms of quality, price, and availability.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible commercial terms.
• Manage the complete procurement process, including ordering, payment coordination, and goods receipt.

Key job requirements

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good Vendor Management skills.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1), particularly in purchase and procurement processes, will be preferred.
• Excellent knowledge in MS office packages
• Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong follow-up and analytical skills.
