Procurement Executive

Role Summary

Transactional Procurement focuses on executing routine purchasing activities efficiently and accurately. The role ensures timely processing of purchase requests, compliance with procurement policies, and smooth coordination with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders (POs) in ERP systems
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines
• Manage order confirmation, tracking, and delivery follow-ups
• Handle invoice matching (2-way/3-way matching) and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and clarifications
• Support issue resolution related to delays, shortages, or incorrect deliveries
