Category / Commodity: Corporate Tower

Globally Procurement supporting the following function/ department purchase requirements:

Sales & Marketing including PR Agency, Legal, Payroll, People function, Training, Insurance, Risk, Compliance, Immigration, Travel, Quality Excellence, Events, Corporate Gifts, Corporate Subscriptions etc.

Functional Expert:

Strategic direction & Execute Core Commodity Sourcing, Contract Management & Governance, Contract Tracking & Compliance, Spend Management, Supplier due diligence, Capability evaluation, technical understanding, Vendor performance Evaluation, Decoding of Specification/Scope, Tender/ RFQ Document Drafting

Process Domain:

Expert in Requisition to Source, Source to Contract, Contract to Order, Order to Pay and Spend Analysis

System Domain:

Hands-on SAP ERP MM module, Ariba e-Sourcing

Skills :

• Good knowledge of Procurement Global Best Practices (ROW) and ( Marketing | Legal| L&D | Immigration)

• Exposure to corporate presentations, data analysis spends analytics.

• Negotiation skills: - ability to negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.

• Order Management: - Finalize purchase details of order and deliveries, ensuring best practices.

• Invoice Acceptance Coordination with business team (Gate entry & User Acceptance)

• Contract Management: - Knowledge of agreement terms, examining and test existing contracts; Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.

• Must possess good excel & Power point knowledge.

• Supplier On boarding Evaluation / Supplier Performance Evaluation / Supplier Risk Management / Business Continuity Plan for the commodity / Alternate Supplier Development

• Collaboration with Stakeholders, Flawless Execution, Quest for Learning, Drive team to meet TAT/SLA

Expectation :

Qualification : Any graduate with hands-on experience in Corporate Procurement.

Preferred Job Location:- Chennai

Work Experience: 01 - 2 years (in Service Industry) and managing corporate functions (listed above) Sourcing in MNC

Geo Experience: Handled India/ US/ UK Sourcing for Captivity requirements

• The preferred International Experience (from a global view) would be highly preferred.
• Clear and understanding of SAP – MM User and its reports.
• Demonstrate a strong initiative, dedication and develop capabilities in adapting, evolving, and executing flawlessly.
