Job highlights

• Graduate / Postgraduate in agriculture or Business Administration . 1-3 years of experience in procurement,e-commerce,or supply chain
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

1. Vendor Management & Onboarding -

• Handle vendor listing and onboarding on ERP systems.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendor companies for long-term, healthy relationships.
• Maintain updated vendor documentation and communication records.

2. Procurement & Stock Management

• Manage procurement of B2C goods as per cropping pattern and seasonal demand.
• Monitor stock & unstock products on website and app.
• Coordinate with WH (Warehouse) for B2C stock check and transfer.

3. Invoice & Payment Coordination

• Process direct vendor invoices on ERP.
• Prepare manifests and invoices to vendors.
• Coordinate for vendor and commission payments with accounts.

4. E-commerce & Product Management

• Manage listing and mapping of products on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure new products are made live with complete descriptions, images, and specifications.

5. Planning & Analysis

• Plan procurement season by season in line with cropping patterns and market trends.
• Analyze product movement, sales, and vendor performance.

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in agriculture or Business Administration
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, e-commerce, or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of agricultural products and cropping cycles is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management.
