Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and subcontractors and obtain quotations for materials and services.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Project teams to confirm specifications and quantities.
• Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and supplier commitments.
• Compare quotations and support basic supplier and commercial evaluations.
• Maintain procurement documents, quotations, and supplier information.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve delivery and documentation issues.
• Monitor material deliveries to ensure they meet project schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing, including international purchasing and import-export operations.
• Experience in Shipping, customs clearance, import-export documentation, and coordination with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Experience in Construction, MEP, Engineering, or Data Center projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, and international trade terms (Incoterms) is an advantage.
• Good command of MS Office and able to communicate in English.
