Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs)
• Identify and coordinate with vendors for procurement requirements
• Maintain and update vendor database and records
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of purchase records
• Compare quotations and support cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Coordinate with internal teams for purchase requirements
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
• Willingness to travel for vendor visits and procurement activities

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in Purchase / Procurement
• Basic knowledge of vendor management and purchase processes
• Familiarity with Purchase Orders, quotations, and documentation
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must own a two-wheeler / vehicle and be willing to travel

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
