Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in procurement processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and obtain quotations.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors.
• Compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with project teams regarding material requirements.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, document control, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, maintain office records, and update databases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of UAE experience in procurement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Valid UAE driving license is Preferred.
