Procurement Executive – Automobile Industry

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with experience in the Automobile Industry.

Position: Procurement Executive
Location: Palakkad
Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
• Prior experience in the Automobile Industry is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to identify and develop reliable suppliers.
• Experience in procurement planning, purchase order processing, and inventory coordination.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, components, and services as per business requirements.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
