Procurement Executive

Our client is looking for an experienced Procurement Executive with strong supplier sourcing and negotiation skills, preferably within minerals, cement raw materials, or similar industries.

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Mandatory Industry: Minerals, Cement, Raw Materials, or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers, identifying new sourcing opportunities.

• Prepare RFQs, obtain quotations, and conduct quotation comparisons.

• Negotiate competitive prices, credit/payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate material purchases and deliveries.

• Follow up on orders and maintain accurate supplier and procurement records.

• Coordinate independently with suppliers, transporters, Operations, and Accounts.

• Maintain procurement reports using Excel.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.

• Experience in minerals, cement raw materials, or similar industries preferred.

• Experience sourcing gypsum, clinker, dolomite, limestone, or other industrial/mineral materials is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.

• Strong sourcing, negotiation, Excel, and reporting skills.

• Good English communication skills.

• Driving licence preferred.
