Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team at Dehnee Perfume Factory LLC. The ideal candidate should have experience in purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory management, and procurement operations, preferably in a manufacturing or perfume industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality.
• Purchase raw materials, perfume ingredients, bottles, caps, boxes, packaging materials, and other required items.
• Prepare and process purchase orders according to company requirements.
• Coordinate with the production, warehouse, accounts, and sales departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange purchases to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and pending materials.
• Compare supplier quotations and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Search for new suppliers and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers.
• Ensure materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Track delivery schedules and resolve purchasing or supply-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and update procurement records in the company system.
• Prepare regular reports on purchases, costs, and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in procurement or purchasing is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred; perfume, cosmetics, or packaging industry experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of raw materials, packaging materials, and supplier sourcing.
• Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to compare quotations and control purchasing costs.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchasing documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo, is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with different departments and work under pressure.
• Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
