Procurement Executive

About the role

JLL is seeking a Procurement Operations professional to support our real estate services business. You will obtain quotations from suppliers, manage procurement transactions, liaise with vendors, maintain documentation, and prepare reporting to support our procurement function.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare pricing
• Support RFQ/RFP and tender activities
• Coordinate procurement transactions and follow company procedures
• Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations
• Maintain supplier databases and procurement records
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules
• Assist with vendor onboarding and documentation
• Maintain procurement documentation and contract records
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis

• Procurement and purchasing knowledge
• Vendor coordination and relationship management
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and documentation control
• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency
• Jaggaer/SAP procurement systems knowledge
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
