Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage sourcing and procurement of ingredients, packaging and related materials.

Conduct RFQs, supplier evaluation, price negotiation, and cost comparison.

Manage supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery.

Identify cost-saving and alternative sourcing opportunities.

Monitor & ensure supply continuity.

Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal projects.

Work closely with R&D, QA, Operations, SCM and Finance.

Manage POs, contracts, and procurement documentation.

• Any ad-hoc project as required

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
• At least 3 years purchasing experience in hospitality/ F&B industry
• Must be able to work independently
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
