Procurement Executive

General Duties / Key Responsibilities

Assist in procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency and business needs are met.

Compare supplier quotations based on price, quality, and delivery terms.

Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and favorable payment terms.

Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Coordinate with the Maldives HQ team on inventory, clearance, and timely deliveries.

Assist in coordinating international shipments, customs clearance, and import/export documentation.

Maintain accurate procurement records and support daily purchasing operations.

Working Conditions

• Office-based, with occasional travel to meet suppliers and attend industry events.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in marine bunker, import/export, or distribution.

Basic knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation.

Familiarity with shipping documentation and import/export procedures is an advantage.

Good communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
