Procurement Executive (F&B Experience)

Flaky Pastry Croissant Co is looking for Procurement Excutive responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing food and beverage products while ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

This role plays a key part in maintaining supplier relationships and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for food and beverage products
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to forecast demand
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies and health regulations
• Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
• Analyse market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in purchasing within the food and beverage industry
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
