Job Description – Procurement Executive (Labour Supply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact manpower suppliers and labour supply companies across the UAE.
• Source skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labour based on company requirements.
• Obtain quotations and compare rates from multiple suppliers.
• Negotiate labour supply rates, payment terms, and service conditions to achieve cost savings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new labour suppliers.
• Coordinate with the operations team to understand manpower requirements and deployment schedules.
• Ensure timely mobilization of workers to project sites.
• Verify supplier documents, trade licenses, and compliance with company requirements.
• Maintain an updated database of labour suppliers, rates, and worker availability.
• Prepare comparison reports, supplier evaluations, and procurement records.
• Resolve supplier issues related to availability, pricing, or worker replacements.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of UAE experience in labour supply, manpower sourcing, or procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE labour supply market and manpower agencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent manpower requirements.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
