Procurement Executive

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Executive to join our team and take charge of optimizing procurement spending across both our Logistics and Non-Logistics segments. Your responsibilities will include overseeing system processes and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to streamline procurement procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize procurement spending for Logistics (Warehousing, Transportation, Ocean FCL/LCL, Air) and Non-Logistics segments. Including system processes (APS).
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to support efficient procurement processes.
• Process purchase requests and orders to ensure timely product delivery.
• Engage internal stakeholders to drive vendor bidding processes.
• Manage vendor relationships to enhance value in the supply chain.
• Act as a point of escalation for vendor dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement guidelines and policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ bachelor's degree in logistics related field
• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Fresh Graduate will be considered as well
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willing to work at Shah Alam
• 5-8 minutes walking distance from LRT/KTM Subang Jaya
• Immediate Starter will be more preferable

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
