Procurement Executive - Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to manage procurement and supply chain operations, vendor relationships, and cost-effective sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement, from RFQs and supplier evaluation to negotiations, purchase orders, and payment follow-up.

Source and onboard reliable vendors for industrial, mechanical, electrical, office, and domestic supplies.

Review technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of quality materials.

Prepare and manage rate contracts for groceries, office provisions, white goods, toner, and tyres.

Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery issues, and ensure compliance with

Analyze procurement data, prepare reports, and collaborate with relevant departments to improve turnaround time.

Requirements:

HND/Bachelor’s degree

4–6 years of relevant procurement experience.

Strong negotiation, analytical, vendor management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement/ERP systems.

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
