Procurement Executive (Site Based)

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle daily material sourcing and quotation inquiries, including obtaining and comparing supplier quotations.
2. Assist in or participate in the branch's centralized material procurement and tendering activities.
3. Monitor material receiving, inspection, inventory counting, routine stock inspections, and disposal of scrap materials at project sites, ensuring timely and accurate inventory records.
4. Prepare and review monthly and final material settlements with suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
5. Compile, maintain, and submit various material reports and management records on time.
6. Accurately update and maintain material-related information in Yunzhu (云筑网) and other relevant digital management systems.
7. Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.

• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

• Experience in purchasing within the construction industry is an advantage.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Minimum with 1 year of relevant working experience. Preferably in Construction or its related industry.
