PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE@5 DAYS WORK

This is a full-time Procurement Executive position based at the Dewani Factory, responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing function to support the Company's manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing of the Company's local supplies, equipment, packaging materials and other operational items.
• Assist in the purchasing of selected raw materials.
• Liaise and communicate with China suppliers and vendors for products, machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate the import process for machinery and equipment from China, including basic shipping and documentation arrangements.
• Source and purchase products through Taobao, 1688 and other China e-commerce platforms.
• Compare suppliers, prices and product specifications to support purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and handle basic purchasing and administrative paperwork.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Familiar with Taobao, 1688 and other China e-commerce platforms.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with China suppliers.
• Knowledge of China import procedures and shipping arrangements will be an advantage.
• Experience with AutoCount will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and responsible.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is required for communication with China suppliers.
