PROCUREMENT EXPEDITOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Expedite purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of related materials and equipment to construction site.
• Track order status, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project schedules.
• Follow up on critical and overdue orders to meet construction require date and project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contracts, and Incoterms.
• Maintain accurate expediting status reports, and delivery forecasts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Construction to achieve project objectives.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned by Supply Chain Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in either Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Proven experience in establishing excellent relationships with project stakeholders both local and international.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, local and international procurement practices, and contract management.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office applications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in expediting process for power and energy related EPC projects.
• Professional certification (CCP, CICSP, or equivalent).
