Procurement Expeditor

JD:

• Expedite vendor drawings, technical documents, and manufacturing records to ensure timely submission and approval.
• Monitor production progress, inspection schedules, and delivery status to ensure materials are delivered according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, engineering, QA/QC, logistics, and project teams to resolve delivery and documentation issues.
• Arrange and follow up on FAT, inspections, material release, and shipment schedules.
• Identify potential delivery risks, provide timely progress updates, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare expediting reports and maintain accurate procurement records.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of procurement expediting experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, or EPC projects.

• Familiar with procurement processes, manufacturing, quality inspection, and supply chain management.

• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement/material management systems.
