You will build a strong foundation in procurement operations by supporting administration, supplier onboarding, purchase requisition and purchase order processes, reporting, governance, documentation and continuous improvement. Through structured coaching, practical experience and collaboration with global stakeholders, you will develop the skills needed for a long-term career in procurement operations, analytics or process improvement. You will report to the Procurement Operations Manager.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • You will support core procurement administration and help deliver consistent, accurate and timely procurement processes across the Global Procurement Hub.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, purchase requisition and purchase order activities, contract administration and procurement ticket management, following established procedures and escalating issues when required.
  • Respond to routine enquiries from internal stakeholders and suppliers, provide progress updates and support effective collaboration across different countries and functions.
  • Maintain procurement trackers, prepare reports and verify information for completeness and accuracy, highlighting exceptions or concerns to the appropriate team member.
  • Follow procurement policies, delegation of authority requirements, regulatory obligations and internal controls, while maintaining procurement processes, templates, guidance and documentation.
  • Use data and feedback to identify recurring issues and support root-cause analysis, process improvements, system enhancements, automation initiatives and testing activities that improve service quality and reduce manual effort.

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related field.
  • Recent graduate or early-career candidate with up to two years of professional experience, including internships, industrial placements, academic projects or other relevant experience. Previous procurement experience is not required.
