Are you an experienced Events & Operations professional with strong coordination, client management, presentation, and marketing skills? We’re looking for a highly organized professional with hands-on experience in Shows, Exhibitions, and related event operations.

• Joining: Immediate to 15 Days Only

Important: Candidates with experience in Shows / Exhibitions / Exhibition Operations are required. Profiles focused only on corporate events or family functions will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for marketing and business activities.
• Document, track, and report ongoing activities and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Handle client communication, interactions, and regular follow-ups.
• Support marketing, branding, and event-related activities.
• Use AI tools for research, presentations, reporting, and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support business and client requirements through effective planning and execution.
• Travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business requirements as needed.

Who We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Events & Operations.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Shows, Exhibitions, or Exhibition Operations.
• MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong client interaction, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Presentation-making, Dashboard preparation, and Canva are mandatory.
• Good understanding of marketing, branding, and brand management.
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and business activities.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
