Procurement Head

About the role

Responsible for managing the company's procurement activities, supplier relationships, purchasing operations, and procurement team. Ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality sourcing of materials, products, and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily procurement and purchasing activities
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and favorable terms
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, supplier performance, and inventory requirements
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
• Lead, supervise, and develop the procurement team
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes
• Prepare procurement reports and monitor department performance

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field

• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience

• Strong negotiation, leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Knowledge of supplier management, purchasing procedures, and cost control

• Proficient in MS Office; ERP/procurement system experience is an advantage
