Procurement Intern

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations

Support the preparation and processing of purchase requisitions and purchase orders

 Assist in supplier communication and follow-up on deliveries* Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation

 Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment activities

 Assist in vendor evaluation and supplier performance tracking

 Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures

 Provide general administrative support to the Procurement Department

 Required Competencies and Skills

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must have:

 Full Grade 12 School Certificate

 Be a recent graduate

 A Degree in:

   Procurement and Supply Chain Management

   Purchasing and Supply

   Logistics and Supply Chain Management

   Business Administration

   Or a related field

 Strong analytical and organizational skills

 Good negotiation and communication skills

 High attention to detail and accuracy

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

 High level of integrity and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
