Procurement Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Purchasing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier coordination, and ERP system management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating Comment C in the ERP Monitor system, ensuring parts and purchase order (PO) statuses are accurately maintained.

• Coordinate with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and required documentation.

• Support the management and updating of part brands and lead times in the ERP Monitor system.

• Maintain and update the vendor database, including supplier information, contact details, and Approved Vendor List (AVL).

• Provide support to the purchasing team on ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to commit for the internship duration.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
