Procurement Intern

• Assist in the procurement process for goods and services, including preparing purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Support vendor management activities, including supplier database maintenance, evaluation, and communications.
• Help monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Conduct basic research and comparison of suppliers to support cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Assist in documentation and filing of procurement contracts, agreements, and related documents.
• Support the Procurement team in day-to-day administrative tasks and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, and Merchandising) to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Passion for retail, fashion, or sports industry is a plus.
