Procurement Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with internal departments regarding goods and services requests.

2. Conduct research and identify potential suppliers for goods and services.

3. Assist the Procurement team in preparing and processing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).

4. Support the preparation and filing of procurement-related documents and reports.

Job Qualifications

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Mining Engineering, or a related field.

2. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge or an interest in procurement may also be considered.

3. Good understanding of basic procurement and supply chain concepts.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

5. Good analytical and numerical skills.

6. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Good command of English, both written and verbal, is preferred.

9. Knowledge of ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.

10. Previous internship or project experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing is a plus.
