Procurement Intern

Join Our Team! We are currently recruiting a Procurement Intern to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsabilities

• Contribute to the compliance and implementation of the procedures of Purchases
• Coordination and organization of activities with the purchasing team
• Relationship with suppliers and internal customer
• Searching and approval of potential suppliers
• Request for offers, comparisons, negotiation, adjudication and processing of contracts and / or purchases orders
• Analyzing contracts
• Creating Purchases Order in the ERP System
• Follow-up of orders approved until the material is delivered or the service is contracted.

Education

• Industrial Engineering Degree
• Bachelor in Business Administration or Economics

Experience & Technical Skills

• C1 Level English
• Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• SAP Knowledge or other ERP
