Procurement Intern

Requirements:

• Active university students or fresh graduates majoring in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management, or related majors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Available to work full-time from the office (Monday - Friday, 08.30 - 17.30) in Central Jakarta.
• Willing to commit to a 6-month internship.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily procurement activities.
• Assist the procurement process from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO).
• Monitor daily Purchase Requisitions (PR) and follow up with related stakeholders.
• Collect, validate, and organize supplier quotations and procurement data.
• Monitor purchasing lead time and delivery status.
• Assist in procurement data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Support supplier coordination and procurement administration.
• Maintain and organize procurement documentation.
