Procurement - Intern (OJT)

Guill-Bern Corporation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented OJT/Intern to join our Procurement Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and organizing purchase requests, purchase orders, and other procurement documents.
• Assist in requesting and comparing supplier quotations.
• Help maintain and update supplier and procurement records.
• Assist in monitoring purchase orders and delivery status.
• Support the Procurement Team in filing and organizing documents.
• Perform other administrative and procurement-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college/university program requiring OJT or internship.
• Preferably taking Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related course.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to work well with the team and follow instructions.
