Procurement Localization Staff

• Identify and develop local suppliers for materials, parts, components, and services.
• Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and technical capability.
• Lead localization and cost-reduction activities for imported materials and components.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Production, and other departments for supplier evaluation, testing, and approval.
• Conduct supplier visits, negotiations, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare cost comparisons, sourcing reports, and localization progress reports.
• Ensure suppliers meet company requirements for quality, delivery, cost, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related Engineering course.
• Preferably with experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Development, or Localization in a manufacturing company.
• Knowledgeable in supplier sourcing, cost analysis, negotiation, and supplier evaluation.
• Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
