This position is based in Lintas, KK.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to assist the Group Manager to plan and organize all activities within the procurement functions for the Building Materials & Constuction Division. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, negotiating, procuring, logistic arrangements, customs, product inspection, and liaising with individual Departments / Companies under the Property Development & Constuction business.
• Ensure strict cost control to guarantee budget conformity.
• Responsible for coordinating timely order processing, delivery scheduling, and transport arrangement.
• Prior Exposure to Building Materials & Constuction industry a prerequisite.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Procurement, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in sourcing/procurement is required for this position.
• Preferably Procurement Managers specializing in Building Materials & Constuction Division or equivalent.
• Applicants must be IT literate and have knowledge of ISO.
