Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and reliable supply.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and indirect purchases.
• Ensure timely procurement to support production and inventory requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to optimize costs.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and service.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, R&D, Quality, and Finance to support business operations.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and procurement procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or the pet food industry.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in international sourcing and supplier management is an advantage.
