Location: San Jose CA, 95112

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and management of materials for projects nationwide. This position will play a critical role in ensuring all projects receive quality materials at the most competitive pricing while maintaining efficient inventory control and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure and source materials for projects throughout the United States.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best pricing and terms.
• Develop, maintain, and integrate a master materials list based on project requirements.
• Manage material reordering processes and inventory levels.
• Track material usage and provide reporting to support project planning and cost control.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely material delivery and availability.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational and inventory management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based procurement is preferred.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel will be required, including 2–3-day trips to project locations such as:

• Dallas, TX
• New York City, NY
• San Jose, CA
• Denver, CO
• Boston, MA

Pay: $65,531.57 - $78,919.74 per year
