We’re currently looking for a Procurement & Pricing Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.

* Build, maintain, and expand a strong supplier network across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the GCC.

* Prepare accurate pricing and cost estimates for advertising, production, exhibitions, events, and branding projects.

* Compare quotations and recommend the most cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.

* Maintain and regularly update the supplier and vendor database.

* Collaborate closely with the Client Service, Production, and Project Management teams to support project execution.

Requirements:

* 8+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Pricing within the Advertising, Production, Events, or Marketing industry.

* Strong existing network of vendors and suppliers across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the GCC.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

* Strong analytical and commercial mindset with attention to detail.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
