Job summary

The Procurement Manager will lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, contract negotiation, and procurement governance to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely availability of goods and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Develop supplier evaluation and performance frameworks.
• Ensure procurement compliance and transparency.
• Monitor procurement budgets.
• Review purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Conduct market intelligence and price benchmarking.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage procurement risks.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Logistics.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• CIPS/CPSP or other recognized procurement certification is an advantage.
• 4+ years' procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and contract management.
• Strong analytical and commercial abilities.
• ERP/procurement software experience is an advantage.
