Procurement Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Procurement Support:
Participate early in the new product development process, responsible for sourcing new materials, sample development, and validation, ensuring materials are available on time for trial production.

Supplier Development:
Identify and develop new suppliers that meet the company’s and international customers’ requirements. Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and commercial negotiations.

Cost Optimization:
Drive cost reduction initiatives through material substitution, localization, and other value engineering projects to achieve annual cost-saving targets.

Risk Management:
Develop and qualify second-source suppliers for critical materials to reduce single-source supply risks and strengthen supply chain resilience.

Job Requirements:

* Experience in the paper, packaging, or printing industry is required.

* Fluent in spoken and written English; able to use English as the primary working language.

* Solid understanding of the end-to-end supplier development process, with proven experience leading new supplier qualification and onboarding projects.

* Strong cross-functional coordination, communication, and commercial negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

* Education: Associate’s degree (Diploma) or above (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

* Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant procurement or supplier development experience.

* Position Level: Manager

* Salary: Competitive compensation package commensurate with the Manager level and experience.
