Procurement Manager

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Procurement Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Plans and directs the daily work of Purchasing Departments and monitors the status of open contracts to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Implement organizational policies for vendor evaluation and negotiate complex terms for the acquisition of mission-critical materials.
• Supervise the preparation of Procurement Reports and ensure that all purchasing activities adhere to Federal safety, quality, and legal standards.
• Manages the execution of procurement tasks and vendor performance monitoring for Special Operations facilities in the Pacific AOR.
• Evaluate regional procurement Status Reports to prioritize resource allocation and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets.
• Lead the coordination of local vendors and Logistics Teams to resolve contract performance issues affecting theaterwide readiness and command-and-control operations.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education)
• 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical procurement protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or a related field.
• Experience with Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) or USACE procurement protocols.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD delivery and security protocols for contracted services.
• Supply Chain Management certifications.
• Procurement certifications.

Clearance Required

• Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
