Procurement Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Procurement Manager is responsible for planning, sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement activities for government and construction projects while supporting commercial product procurement. The role ensures timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services in compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and organizational procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement for government, construction, and commercial projects.
• Develop procurement strategies to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and contractors through competitive bidding processes.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations, company policies, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, finance, and site teams to support project execution.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Manage purchase orders, contract administration, and procurement documentation.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Resolve procurement-related issues and mitigate supply chain risks
