• Procurement & export of RCN & cashew kernels from Ivory coast.
• Liasoning with suppliers of RCN & factories for kernel tolling contracts & commercial negotiations with all stakeholders.
• Supervise team to achieve objectives of end-to-end supply chain handling viz. procurement, warehousing & exports.
• Procurement of packing and other materials is done maintaining cost efficiency/ quality by proper planning and price negotiation.
• Ensure commodity procured with the best possible rates.
• Ensure Internal Quality Check is conducted on each consignment lot and records are maintained
• Reports regarding the quantities of commodities and other reports as advised on requirements. Such as, 1> procured 2> Cleaned 3> Stocked 4> Dispatched
• Vendor Management: Maintain relationship with cleaning vendors, CHA, freight forwarders, and labor contractors
• Documentation: Ensuring documentation is completed at every stage on time
• Logistics: Arranging containers as per booking done by the logistic team
• Handling local matters and Logistics -coordination with freight forwarders Responsible for all the warehouse, procurement, operations activities in the region

• Experience in buying Cashew Kernels
• Liasoning with cashew processing factories for tolling contracts.
• French language - working knowledge is essential to ensure quality is check done and records maintained regarding materials on loaded/ offloaded in trucks.

Requirements 5- 7 years in West Africa Agri trading experience as procurement manager of a medium-to-large international trading business. Experience of minimum 5 years in procurement of Agri commodities (RCN & Kernels specifically) in the francophone west Africa region. IVC experience is desirable.

Education Graduate /Postgraduate in Procurement/Supply Change Management/International Trade, as long as has good exposure of the commodities and Waf regions.
